Hydrate and Tame Frizzy Hair

Those of us prone to frizzy hair know all too well that the summer's heat and humidity only aggravate this unfortunate condition.  I've found most products, from expensive to affordable, that claim to treat frizzy hair only manage to weigh hair down.  This makes my hair appear dirty as if I hadn't washed it for some time.  That's not exactly the look I'm going for.

This summer Shielo rescued my hair from being stuck in a bun.

I've always been impressed with their line of premium hair products that contain certified organic ingredients and are free of the junk found in most hair products on the market. And now I'm finding their new smoothing line of hair products to be indispensable in the summer's heat and humidly.

Pictured above: Smoothing Shampoo, Smoothing Conditioner and Intensive Hair Mask

I've been alternating between using the Smoothing Conditioner and the hair mask.  Both of which are fantastic.  The biggest benefit is that my hair is not only soft and manageable, but bouncy as well. .   I'm able to straighten my hair and give it that salon-quality look in a matter of minutes.  Not something I had been able to achieve on my own. When my hair does get damp from working out or getting caught in the rain; such was the case last week, it remains soft and I'm actually seeing waves as opposed to frizz.  This is a big plus for me since swimming is my favorite summer activity.   Shielo has always worked wonders for my hair, but this is without a doubt my pick for summer-induced frizz.

  1. My hair is becoming frizzier as I get older. I like to try new products like this to help with the curling and frizzing.
